This policy describes the current public website. Read the data protection notice for information that remains to be completed. Publication does not establish that all compliance work is complete.

Data minimisation

Online enquiry collection is currently closed. Do not send health information, identity documents, crew lists, banking details or claim files through public channels. Sensitive business documents should use the authorised portal and an agreed secure process.

Infrastructure and transfers

The site is hosted through Sites; application records use Cloudflare D1 and files use R2. Sign-in uses ChatGPT. These providers may process data outside Türkiye. Data locations, processor contracts and the applicable international transfer mechanism must be verified by the company and reflected in the final notice.

Retention and security

Automatic deletion at the end of a retention period has not yet been configured for business records and files. Retention schedules must be established by record category. The application has user permissions and access controls. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Third parties and changes

No external analytics, advertising or social-media embeds have been added to this public page. When following an external link or signing in with ChatGPT, the relevant provider’s notices apply. Notices and preferences will be updated if purposes or technologies change.
