Controller identity

H&S Insurance Solutions is a brand. The controller’s full legal name, service address and privacy contact have not yet been verified and published here. This is a preparation notice, not a completed statutory privacy notice. The online enquiry form and submission API are closed until those details are complete.

Information processed at this stage

Hosting and network services may process IP addresses, request times, browser and connection information to deliver these pages. Choosing to remember your language creates an hs_language cookie. Saving privacy preferences creates an hs_privacy_choice local-storage entry. No analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this site.

Accounts and business records

The client and team portal uses ChatGPT authentication. Business records and files are stored using Cloudflare D1/R2. Public access to this website does not grant access to those records; application permissions are required. A separate processing and retention framework must be finalised before new client data is collected.

Notice to be completed

The final notice must identify the controller and contact channel, purposes and legal bases by data category, collection methods, recipient groups, retention and deletion criteria, international transfer arrangements and how individuals can exercise their rights. A blanket consent statement will not be used.

Your rights

Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law provides rights to enquire about processing, obtain information, understand purposes and transfers, request correction and, where applicable, deletion or destruction and notification to recipients, object to adverse outcomes of exclusively automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
